With over 20 years of experience in the U.S. real estate industry and 4 years in the Huatulco market, Bryan brings a career built on integrity, professionalism, and transparency to Mexico’s stunning Oaxacan coast. Born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Bryan began his real estate journey in 2002 as a mortgage loan officer before becoming a licensed Keller Williams agent in 2012. He quickly rose to prominence as Rookie of the Year, earned the Cultural Icon award in an office of 250+ agents, and served three years on the Associate Leadership Council. He maintains his real estate license with Keller Williams Integrity Lakes and manages a small team in the Minnesota market.
Bryan first discovered Huatulco on a family trip in 2017, drawn by its natural beauty, warm community, and laid-back charm. After many return visits—and years of escaping cold Minnesota winters in other tropical destinations—he decided to make Huatulco his full-time home in 2020. That deep connection fuels his passion for helping others discover the magic of owning real estate in this one-of-a-kind region.
